ZenFocus is led by
professionals who have years of working in the IT industry.
Susan Richards, CEO.
Susan has more than 24 years experience ERP solutions by
working with large customers from Canada, US and UK. Susan
leads the team in Canada and currently leading expansion in
Europe. Susan was instrumental in the merger of MAS
Consulting Services with ZenFocus in 2004 to create a strong
organization. Susan has MBA from Richard Ivey School of
Business, University of Western Ontario and BS from
University of Toronto.
Alan Smith, General Counsel. Alan has more
than 16 years of experience in structuring the deals for IT
companies in US and Canada. His past experience with
Accenture in outsourcing gave him deep exposure in legal and
contract perspectives of large IT outsourcing deals. Alan is
currently focused on developing ZenFocus operations in US
and leading legal and contracts department of ZenFocus. Alan
has MBA from Rotman School of Business, University of
Toronto.
Mike Dhall, Senior Vice
President. Mike has more than 19 years of
experience in Asset and Service Management solutions. His
past experience with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and MRO Software gave deep
experience on designing Asset Management solutions for large
customers in US and Canada. Mike currently manages India
operations and streamlining previous acquisitions made by
ZenFocus in India. Mike has MBA from Richard Ivey School of
Business, University of Western Ontario and BS Engineering
from Faculty of Engineering, JMI, New Delhi.
