Key Differentiators
An integrated solution for all asset and service management
-- Unlike competitors who are unable to manage all asset
classes in the enterprise along with service management from
a single, unified platform.
Upgradeability: user
configurations are kept intact when upgrading -- Unlike
competitors where customizations do not upgrade and where
upgrades from one to the next version require a
rip-and-replace of the system.
Flexible, easy to configure,
no coding with Database Configuration and Application Design
tools -- Unlike competitors where customizations require
manual development coding work and are not done on the fly.
Based on leading standards-based
technology: web-architected platform built
on J2EE with advanced business process management, based on
SOA, web services and XML -- Unlike competitors whose
solutions are based on older, proprietary technology that
does not integrate well.
Built from the ground-up on the
ITIL framework -- Unlike competitive solutions that
are retrofitted to align with ITIL.
